I PM'ed him. He hasn't replied yet. And how am I ripping off Gambit? Yeah, he's based on luck, too, but I haven't ever read any of his comics or seen the stuff he's in. I picked him because his character fitted the personality of mine.

Fine, fine, fine, I'll change him. I'll change his number, too, so its not Android 17's NPC.

RED RIBBON ARMY FILE 030

BASIC INFORMATION

NAME: Android 30
AGE: 0
SPECIES: Android
HEIGHT: 5?11?
WEIGHT: 124 lbs
EYE COLOR: Black
HAIR COLOR: Black
SKIN COMPLEXION: Caucasian
FIGHTING STYLE: Tae Kwon Do
AFFILIATION: Red Ribbon Army
ALLIANCE: None

EXTENDED INFORMATION

APPEARANCE: Android 30 is, like many other androids, resembling humans more than the machine aspect of him. He is a lanky, defined humanoid who has chosen to don a ?costume? of sorts. The costume is a combination of two bright colors: a light green and yellow. The outfit is formed from a green open shirt with yellow neck cuffs. The shirt is then connected to the green leggings as the long, open neck (in the shape of a V) closes right above his waist. It is also a long-sleeve costume, with yellow gloves. His boots and mask are yellow, as well. Under the costume, Thirty?s hair is a black color. He also has the tattoo of a black, winged dragon on his chest, which is clearly visible due to the long, open neck hole.

PERSONALITY: Thirty?s personality is a unique one, no doubt. Although his main focus is to complete orders, he also has a mind of his own, and uses it to his advantage, living a cover life. However, he knows that when duty calls, he?ll be forced to take the guise of his costume and go out into the field. He?s very skilled in Tae Kwon Do, which was taught to him by the best trainers that the organization he works for?the Red Ribbon Army?can offer. He prides himself on learning to balance his physical and mental attributes, so that he is prepared for anything. Oftentimes he is mocked for not focusing on one or two particular attributes, but he sees that in the end, he usually comes out on top in a battle of wits or strength. He also seems to be slightly sarcastic and joking, and caring about other Red Ribbon Army operatives. However, he seems to be lacking the same respect for regular civilians or people who work for other organizations.

HISTORY: None yet.

TECHNIQUES

SHOOTOUT: Thirty?s current signature technique is this move, called ?Shootout?. To perform the technique, Thirty simply clasps together his hands, sticks his thumbs up and points his index fingers out, so that the image formed resembles the general shape of a pistol. Afterwards, Thirty channels his chi through his body and into his fingers. Once he has gathered enough chi energy, he fires a long beam of the golden energy at a target that he has his ?handgun? aimed at. The blast heads straight at the targeted area and, if it strikes them, knocks them off their feet. Currently, Thirty?s mastery of the technique is limited, so he cannot control the flight path of the blast.

UNDERMINE: When using ?Undermine?, Thirty kneels onto the ground and presses his hands against it, using his metallic body to push the topsoil out of the way. With his opened palms buried in the ground, Thirty gathers chi and then blasts it into the ground. He strains to use his mind to control the blast of chi so that it travels under his opponent, and then he detonates it, causing a pillar of chi to emerge from under the opponent, engulfing them in the pillar. Depending on how much chi is put into the blast, the move either just hurts the opponent or can send them flying into the air, while hurting them at that same time. Thirty?s use of this move is limited, as it tires him out much after using it because of the chi exertion required to perform the technique.

KAMIKAZE SERPENTS: ?Kamikaze Serpents? is one of Thirty?s most complex moves, forcing him to aim his open palms at the ground and then toss out chi orbs which then float above the ground for a matter of seconds, then turning into what he calls ?chi serpents?. The snake-shaped chi blasts slither along the ground at a quicker pace than a regular snake, and then they climb onto the opponent, wrapping him in their grasp. Soon after, when all snakes are wrapped around the enemy, Thirty detonates them all at once, causing a severe knock back and damage to the enemy. There is, however, a drawback to this technique, as the target can try and destroy the snakes with their own chi blasts. This is why Thirty prefers to use the technique on non-chi-wielding targets.

Eh, if you choose an Android as the race for your character, does he need to be named something along the lines of Android 28, or whatever random number. Or can you give him any name you wish?

Also, does being an Android automatically mean you must have some sort of IC tie to the Red Ribbon Army?

In think Android generally means "Mechanized Being".

Yea, but just because he's a mechanized being doesn't mean he can't have a human name.

Yeah, I realize that. I'm debating whether to give mine a name or not. I think that they can have a name, but whether or not they do, they have to have a number, which can be explained by the fact that the lab that created them wanted organization.

Well see the idea I've got for my custom is that he died or something and then got turned into an Android, but doesn't know he's an Android. So him just being another Red Ribbon Army drone doesn't really work for me.

Hmm...that sounds sort of like the idea Twenty was telling me about. Not exactly, but I'll talk to him.
