...Minutes to Midnight
In exactly 60,900 minutes, Linkin Park's finally going to release their next cd, "Minutes to Midnight"
They've got a really new sound, and it sounds awesome. Just search for "What I've Done"

I'm not exactly liking "What I've Done", but that's just me.
Also, I am stoked that LP is making a return. They haven't made an album for like 3, 4 years.

Meh, yeah, it's a new sound, but I like it. Shinoda's still there, so I'm positive that this is just their "Numb" song for the cd, where there's no metal rap.

Yeah. They can't change they're style. They're the best Nu-Metal band EVAR. They're the only band I listen to of that genre.

I really like LP. I don't care how "commercial" a band is. If their shit is good, it's good regardless of how many people do or don't like it.

LP is a perfect example of a great commercial band. Unlike Panic! at the Disco, or Fallout Boy.
That reminds me, someone should take SOAD and Disturbed commercial. =(

Yeah. *Stoked*
I heard it on the radio, and was like "WTF?! Was that just Linkin Park?" Came home, and checked iTunes, and blamo.
Contrary to popular belief, I wasn't actually counting it down. I cheated by using the number on their site. xD

I knew about this last month. I was pissed that after waiting a year, I've gotta wait another two frigging months (at the time I found out about it) till I can get ahold of their next album.
Now it's just over a month till May 4th. I'm gonna scream if their sold out the minute I get my money and go and buy it.

"In a recent interview with MTV.com, Chester explained that the nu metal sound from their previous albums is completely gone. He also stated that the new album is a mix of punk, classic rock, and hip-hop beats.[2]
In the December issue of Blender magazine, Chester talked a little bit about the sound of the upcoming album, "Rick has brought more of a stripped down, classic-rock and hip-hop kind of feel. We're using vintage guitars and drums carved out of wood and skin for a more tribal sound. It's definitely not nu metal.""
>_> Guess not. I downloaded it, not that great but not bad per se.
