And no, I'm not doing any "roleplaying" matches. You can roleplay all you want but voting is always gonna be the primary decision-maker, because that's the entire system

Lots of ways. Asking usually works. If they've earned a shot, I'll usually fit them into a #1 Contendership match, or just straight to a title shot
More often, I just book #1 Contendership matches with people who are doing considerably well
