New Race

Tsufuru-jin
Before being completely whiped off of their homeplanet by the saiyans, a small group of Tsufuru managed to escape and settle on an otherwise uninhabited planet. It didn't take long for them to rebuild their lost civilization, either, as their natural capacity for technological brilliance shone. Tsufuru-jin can make use of just about anything, turning scraps of garbage into weapons or tools to aid their allies or punish their foes. Even in the middle of combat, many Tsufuru-jin can whip something together to help with the situation. This prowess, however, has come at the price of almost no martial abilities. Tsufuru-jin are almost completely incapable of fighting on their, so heavily do they depend upon their creations. That's not to say they can't be dangerous, however: they can craft powerful suits of armor to protect them and deadly dangerous weapons to combat their foes. Though their most powerful creations require time to construct, and can't be done in battle, a well-prepared Tsufuru-jin is a serious force to be reckoned with.

(Starting bonus to Weapon Skill and severe penalty to "Fighting Ability")

Anyway, will we be getting any information on how the current races will be decked out? As in, how they'll compare to this new one. If not, it's cool. I'm just wondering.

Fair enough. I figured that'd be the case. Could we at least get a definition of those short terms for the stats. I mean, some are fairly obvious, but others I dunno.

Str: Strength, Physical Power
Agi: Agility, Quickness
Con: Constitution, Toughness

Those are the one's I'm fairly certain about. And below are the confusing ones.

Ins: Insight? A sort of 6th sense thing, maybe?
Tch: Techniques? The ability to learn new attacks?
Will: Willpower? The new determination? Which I'm not sure what it would affect.

Any help? Also something I doubt, but wanna let us in on how the new stats will be used?

Technique might be changed to something else. These stats will be used to determine substats and powerlevel.

On the show they were human in appearance, but only about knee-high.

In short (no pun intended?), the shell and tech systems allow Tsufuru-jin to create powerful items to aid them in combat. Most of their combat effectiveness, otherwise, is pretty limited.
