Yeah I thought that was the whole point. Considering though that their is no God named "Zeus" in the DBZ then he wouldn't be part God. Or in other words he is just a bad ass human. Probably the strongest in the series.

Tien or Krillin are probably stronger, all things considered. But he was a bad-ass.
From what I understood from the show, Olibu was the basis for Hercule, Samson, and all our stories about super-strong heros of yore.

I would have to say Olibu was stronger for the fact that he held his own with Pikkon who gave even Goku trouble.

I just don't think it was ever actually said that he was Human, just from the North Quadrant. He may actually be a Human though, but the fact remains that he's still not Saiyan, haha.

King Kai says alot of Earth's myths were based on him, so most assume him to be human. I mean, before Goku was sent to Earth, no one had even heard of the place.

-_- Olibu is by no means a weak man. You just gotta remember that Yamcha, Tien, and Krillin have been fighting baddies alongside Goku since Dragonball. They might not be up to the Saiyan's level of power, but that doesn't mean they're push-overs either.
Out of the three, I'd place Tien as the strongest, mainly because he's the only one who continuously trains out fo them.
