Tapion's Dragonball. The closest we got to an answer was Bra, but I'm not sure if it's an official statement. and if Bra's correct, where is the db currently located?

There are no available Ragnarok members on Earth. If somebody on Earth goes after it, why shouldn't they get it? Plus, he just RPed not too long ago, after he said his computer is blah blah blah.

Yeah, the staff came to a decision. Now, unless I completely misunderstood it, you -can- go after inactives for their shit, but you have to take into account that their alliance members'll probably come to their aid. But nothing's stopping you from going after them just because they're not around. So go kill someone. =D

Well, they could find a way, but it'd probably be a bit stretched. And if you are worried about them jumping you while you are stealing it, there's a better chance of being jumped while you have it, anyway.

As an IC brother, who has probably RP'd with him as much as anyone else in the site, me and tapion developed a bond with each other IC, as well as very good friends OOC. And seeing that I am on Earth, and We were gonna meet in BAS, or after to RP together, and we are kin, i do not see any reason that the dragonball should not fall into my hands. Like a will in real life, your shit goes to your family mostly, the dball should go to me as tapion drifts away from this site.

Plus, you guys can jump anybody you want, but if they out-RP you you will not get it from them, unles syou have enough of a powerlevel over them.

Hold up. So you're saying that at ANY time, we could ambush someone with a dball and try to take it from them? And are those fights based mainly around rping ability or around power level?

It be based on a mixture of powerlevel and RPing. So, if you tried to attack somebody like Raditzu for his dragonball and he RPed at his usual quality, there's a low chance og getting it, but if you attacked others, there is a chance. No person is exempt from having their dragonball taken.

Oh, I thought we had to go through some sort of "pre-warning" thing and all, inform staff what we're trying to do and such. I didn't know we could roleplay our character going all "ambush" on some other character.

No, this is a free-form RPG, after-all. We wil be deciding if you would get it or not, but you can ambush anyone anytime, really. As long as it makes sense, of course. It for people like you or I, who have ki sense three, or others that have dragonball radar.

Yup. As it says in the rules for a fight, if your opponent does not respond in three days, you automatically win.
