Besides, Canada's pretty much the international symbol of peace. If we had some gigantic missile cache and an enormous military, we'd look bad. We've been involved with every single UN peace-keeping mission ever. You haven't. We were going to store American nukes on Canadian soil, but the government here decided that would be an affront to Canada's peace-oriented image.
