I have one but I don't have the motivation to practice cuz I'm lazy. And I have a horribly small lung capacity.

If you're talking regular blues harp, not chromatic, there's a harmonica for each key. I had a shitty C-key one from some cheapo "Learn Harmonica" thing my ex got me while she worked at Borders (the whole package was like $10), and the real one (F-key, I kind of wish I had gotten G instead) is a nice one and was like $20 I think. I don't know anything about chromatics.

They're all tuned to a certain key. If you look at a site like this it'll show you that even with bends you probably can't hit all the notes you'd like in just one harp, partly because bends in the middle are like impossible.

So The Key of C will hit all the natural notes (A-F and their octaves), but just not the sharps and flats?

You can hit the flats/sharps at the high and low ends of the harp with bends. Like I said, bending notes in the middle is tough, if possible at all.

Yep. C is obviously the most basic key so it's probably the best to buy first to learn from. I wish mine wasn't shitty =(

I bought one some time ago then lost interest in it for a while till I recently started screwing around with it again. Key of C. Trying to get some good lessons to start me off with though.
