You guys overestimate me. 17 is the better RPer by far. And I'm just getting back, still shaking the rust off. If i finish top ten, i'll be surprised.

While I don't have specific placements, I think it would be awesome for the final five to be:
Bardock
Bra
Yamu
17
Garlic Jr
I didn't include myself because, though I'd love it, me placing high isn't nearly as entertaining as those other guys getting the shots they deserve.

Since I liked seeing my own name I'll try and give everyone, if I know you, some props.
Bulma- Definitely someone to watch. I think circumstance will determine your fate. Good weapons, allies, and strategy will get you in the top 20.
Android 17- A crowd favorite. Stick with one or two players who will bring the best out of you and you will be in the finals.
Android-18- Your power and your allies will you get you far. As Burter as said, give us something we aren't used to and you will be a true contender.
Bardock- Do you need advice? Pick the right allies for '07 and you are finals 100%. Focus on getting a good weapon early by hunting some smaller potatoes before they
get into a larger group.
Bojack- Find a large group of lower power players, pump out A LOT of RPs and mob through power players that get in your way.
Bra- Get another Super Saiya-Jin, lay low and ambush those higher on the ki list when they get wounded. Top Ten, if you bring your A-Game.
Bujin- Turtle it. Get a good weapon, hide and scavenge, and don't be seen before the top twenty.
Celipa- You have the chops for Top Ten, and most of the contenders won't be expecting you. Be aggressive and be a LEADER and impress the Boss Man.
Cell- Get one companion, someone with a powerup, and use your writing chops to outshine your partner. Use their power to get ahead, and use your writing to NOT be the one who is wounded when one of you has to fall.
Garlic Jr- You have the package to be Top Ten. Stay active, get some OOC ties to know what is going on before it happens and take whatever opportunity presents itself.
Gohan- You are a man no one expects to get anywhere. USE IT. Make yourself stand out, do stuff you think you shouldn't. Be the dark horse, you have potential for an upset, create surprises and you'll be the surprise.
Gokua- You have ONE choice. Mob it. You will not be able to shine alone, and power wise a lot of other groups will be able to wash you out. Use being a face to your advantage. Stand out just enough that when you get your Face to Face you aren't the one to die.
Goten- People like you. You need to get a Face to Face as early as possible so that your name is on everyone's mind. Stand out, stand out, stand out.
Grandpa Gohan- Use you unique character to your advantage. I see you falling early though, some have to.
Jeice- Be the reaper of the lower ranks. Get the biggest baddest weapon you can find and pick off the other no tier fighters. The Face to Face will get you known and make you a contender.
King Cold- Get into as large a group as possible and try to catch a power player when after they use their powerup to earn some points in Burter's mind.
Koola- Hide. Get to the edge of the board with no allies. If you don't get into a face to face, you can't die.
Minoshia- Bring it. Get the right mix of weapon, ally, and strategy. If possible, blow through some small opponents early so you have some RP fodder to carry you into the finals.
Nail- You are the ramora. Find a shark and let them carry you as far as you can go.
Olibu- You are one of many. You are the endless hoard that will run over anything in its wake. You want to gamble and be a face in the because the crowd will be the buffer you need to keep from getting wounded.
Paragus- Without a big ass weapon to start, you won't go far. Have fun, let it show in your writing, and you'll do surprisingly well.
Raditzu- What can be said that hasn't already? Don't do what you think you should do. You are perhaps one of the best known characters, so people expect certain things from you. The returning champ can't do the same tune twice. I think some groups will go headhunting for you just to be the one who kills you. Try and keep a low profile and find an unlikely ally to give you a new spin on a well known character.
Recoome- Hide where know one will look. Find the behemoth group and just follow them around, picking up weapons and kills in their wake.
Reijin- I think life and the Turnover will play a bigger part in your game then your writing or strategy. If you give it the full 100%, you have a serious shot of winning.
Sazuaa- Find unlikely allies and stay out of harms way for as long as you can.
Smartguy- Do extreme thing after extreme thing to make sure you get noticed in the shuffle.
Spoogy- Be different. Even if it seems bad, just embrace being off the beaten path.
Tapion- The mob I keep talking about, force yourself into a leadership position so that you survive the inevitable genocide.

I think one good thing for Rei and Rad is that really, people won't so much be hunting them then they'll be running from them. Only the serious people will be hunting them.
So that could work in their favor

I honestly think the best strategy to get points in Burter's Big Blue Book, for a lot of mid level and low range players is to slaughter one of the top ten on the ki list after they have used the powerup to kill someone else.

That's honestly one of the biggest things I'm worried about. I definitely prefer to save the big guns for when I think I'll really need them, but holding back could easily get you killed. And that cool-down time is not something to be underestimated.
I'm not really worried about people coming after me, to be honest. More likely than not, I'll just be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Or I'll forget to refresh a map of the danger zones...

Last year it wasn't a problem for you. With our massive group, we always had a two-tier and a one-tier always ready. With people moving to smaller group to get a bigger light, this year you are far more vulnerable to a bitter victim giving your position away to anyone who will listen to off ya. That's why I think it is even more important for you to lay low then someone with under a million ki.

Should also be noted that with smaller groups, there will be more squares being filled

All I'm saying is you guys at the top better watch out. You don't realise how badly the underdogs want glory. If I find the slightest handicap in you, I'm picking you off.

Turtle it. *sighs* You know how not-worth-it that is, right?

Ehh.
I know I can write. I'm not particularly afraid that someone might "out-write" me. I can see how hiding is a good strategy, especially for me, but...I just hate doing it.

For me I'm going to try a new strategy. Me and Olibu hid last time, and look where it got us. I'm coming after anyone with the highest level of confidence that I'll win.

I have no idea on what to do with a strategy. I've never been in the yearly DA. It seems to be way different from Conquest, and in that I just followed my team around in endless circles until we finally fought--valiantly--Team Dante.
Watch out though. I know I can write. I think I could write it out with the best of em'. My problem will probably keeping my work creative. Not worried about being ambushed. I'm too weak for such treatment. Actually, a good idea for me would be to find another writer that I could build a strong relationship with and possible team up with a powerhouse as well.

What the Hell Koola are you? I have no idea anymore. Stop swapping owners, you damned character!
OK, let me get this out in the open, since I couldn't have my old posting account back.
I am the old Goku/TU. You know, the crazy Australian? I'm not saying that thinking that you guys will change your opinions of my ranking, I'm just saying it so that people know who I am again.

*shiver*
Um, as long as I place equal to or higher than last year, I'll be happy.
My top five would be
17
Mino
Bardock
Rei
Maybe Rad. Unless we can rally together and pick him off early.
Srsly, we should. Just all of us group together, then pick off the higher powerlevels. That should prove pretty awesome.
Fuck you, Photobucket.

I plan on giving you that account back, but you left the other night before I could get you setup. If I can't get to it, I'm sure someone else will. The username is Trunks Uni

I obviously would like to win myself, but I honestly don't care as long as it's someone NEW who hasn't won a saga before.
