Here's a personal pet peeve of mine. Think about the staff members before you start bombarding them with IMs or emails. Communicating through PMs is certainly understandable, since that's what the system is there for, but not all of the staff log in to AIM or MSN just so they can deal with more Chubbs stuff. I don't get on AIM anymore because years and years of experience have taught me what to expect: to have to put up with more of the questions and comments and "official" stuff that I get on AIM to not think about.

There's a good chance that none of the other staff members really care, but its hard to just ask yourself "is this something I can wait to PM?" before sending someone more questions about Chubbs. I certainly understand the benefits of being able to be in contact with a staff member and get an answer to a question immediately, but there's a time and place for everything.

Yea, I am guilty of IMing staff alot. Sorry. I noticed it before and afterwards started trying to just talk to them sometimes. I'm kinda the got-to-go guy, you know. Quick and on the run when I'm excited or intersted in something.
