All racial issues aside, it's undeniable that there IS more variation in the facial appearance and structure of "white" individuals than "black" individuals. The color and nature of the hair alone tips the scales in the favor of "whites".

That said, it would probably be advisable not to get into too deep a discussion on this matter, as there are always some overly fragile toes on Chubbs.

For those with access to the Kame house, I tested a few theories in regards to this matter and, on average, whites are more easilly distinguishable than any other ethnicity by over 20%.
