Warnings are about to be given out more frequently. People are starting to get out of hand and so we're going to start warning for infractions. We've been lax on people recently, just telling them to "knock it off" and letting them off.
Well, this is your final warning. Arguing with staff about your warning will result in another warning as well.

Perhaps staff locked it out of respect for Toriyama. I remember when they said people can`t RP Toribot beacuse he was, in a way, Toriyama`s "RP character". Since your thread was a bit rude about Toriyama, I would imagine staff locking it for the same reason.

Yeah, I made a mistake. It wasn`t rude about Toriyama. Still, I feel the reason has something to do with Toriyama.

This had nothing to do with Toriyama or any threads relating to him. The people talking about staffers going way over the top, or people not being entitled to opinions, and so on are the people getting out of hand.
In all seriousness, you're collectively sounding like Max. We say "be prepared, warnings will be more frequent" and half of the people in this thread sound like they're getting ready to yell "omg staff oppression!11" Just chill.
We didn't say you can't have opinions. We didn't say you can't express your viewpoints. We didn't say you won't be able to spam in the asylum. The only thing that was said is that we're going to be doing less verbal warning and more actual warning. The system is set up to be used, right now we're going out of way to not use it.
We're not out to get people. We're not going to be looking for reasons to warn just anyone. All you need to do is continue on like nothing changed, because, for the most part, nothing did.

No one is biting heads. Several posts in this thread have indicated to me that the intention is being greatly misconstrued. I am working to clear up that misunderstanding.
If you want to assume I'm using an aggressive, unpleasant, or otherwise challenging tone, then you're free to do that. I'm definitely not, but you're free to read it that way.

It is an unfortunate coincidence, but that's truly all it is: coincidence. If you don't want to take my word about that, then don't, but I like to think I'm fairly trust-worthy about things like this.

The only thing that bothered me in this thread was you telling GJ to stop conjecturing. I thought that was a little ridiculous, but that's all.
Though the 'you sound like Max' is kind of silly too. That's kind of like the old staple of winning arguments, "that sounds like something HITLER would say", to which the elicited response is hopefully "OMG I'm not Hitler!" Not saying that was your intent, but be easy about throwing the M word around. =P
