I personally enjoy Pirates of the Carribean 1 so much.. I fucking laughed every scene.


But in 2 they lost the humor :/

I do, had they not shown the scene after the credits it would have been a fitting end but adding that just continues the storyline and they must proceed now.

People are going into it with the expectation of it being like the first movie, but that was never the intention. It was very clearly from the start meant to be bigger and much more extensive in terms of character growth, geography and plotline.

In the first movie it was pirates and navy. Now we get into Gods, lands of the dead, underwater beasts, fish people, etc etc.

This was never supposed to be put next to the first movie and compared. It's just two different style movies with the same connections together
