I'd just like to point out that Rock Slide very possibly could be stronger than Lightning Bolt, considering that Gyarados's ATK was higher than his SP. ATK (if I'm remembering correctly).

Whoever said Hyper Beam was the strongest attack in Pokemon needs to realize that the strength of an attack does not necessarily mean it's any good. In the end, Hyper Beam is actually only sub-par in comparison to other high-end attacks.

EDIT: Anyone who contradicts me can stfu. I know what I'm talking about. I don't know the numerical, or hexadecimal for any of this shit, but I know how it works.

Oh, and the word "anyone" should be read as "Kollifum", even though it doesn't make grammatical sense.
