The reason that I'm kinda sad is because her last bf, which she loved, died in March. I'm the first guy she's talked to since then. I don't want to fuck up, considering all she's been through. Halp. =(

Pfft. If she came to you as a rebound, then you'll know soon enough. If she came to you because she's genuinely interested in pursuing a relationship, then just be yourself. I doubt she's looking for someone to tip-toe around and worry about how to not make her sad because of her last boyfriend.
