Hrm.
This could be a bit... disconcerting.
On the one hand, I've got fairly good ratings thus far, and on the other, some people aren't aware I'm on staff. XD
Now... is that bad? I'm thinking 'yeah', but, maybe it isn't. Maybe there's something I don't see.
In any case, I've been making the push; I try to do at least a couple of stafflike duties when I log onto CDBZ, every time. I guess I don't do enough. But anyway, I sincerely appreciate the honesty thus far.
I'm not quite sure what I can do about... uh... not being noticed, or even if I should do anything (If you've got an opinion about this, please say so), but I'll take this information to heart.
If anybody has anything more to add, feel free. I'm doing my best to earn my keep on staff, as it were, and any information or opinions/advice on how to do it better will always be well-met. Er, at least, in this thread. XD

I can't see what all you do within your responsibilities. There might be a lot going on behind the scenes in the staff boards, with coding, etc that none of us see that you could just be knocking out of the park. I was just saying that, because I don't see any of that, I never even noticed you were staff. Or maybe I've just forgotten, I couldn't say for sure either way now could I?
My suggestion would simply be, if in your every day aim convos with people, you hear that they need staff to do something, offer to do it for them, or suggest the name of the person who can. You might already be doing this and, if you are, then you've done nothing wrong.

The Q/S/U is for Updates, they shouldn't have to be on the job ALL the time. Whether he does or doesn't offer really shouldn't be a deciding factor in his approval rating..>.>
