I don't really do resolutions on New Years anymore, I just write them down whenever I think of them. Works well for self-improvement, as long as you stick to them.
But to join in the spirit, I'll throw in a recent one: stop justifying inaction. I.e. "if I go to a lecture now, I'll be late, or if I work out with my current materials, it'll be less than optimal". It's worked well.

RP more, try and get over bullshit that's happened in the past, buy a guitar and take some lessons, get my own place, get a job and transfer this fall to a school that's at least four hours from home so if any bitch or bastard wants to visit from home they have to call and give me a heads up. I agree with Jack.
Also, I have a couple things added to my list.
- Not exactly get 'buff' but get more physically fit. I'm already doing a bunch of works outs and stuff every couple days and core work outs every day.
- Hang out with Jack.
- Get Jack phone minutes
- Get a lot better at guitar
