Opinions? Is it just annoying, or can it be funny in situations?

The word Noob itself pisses me off at times, especially when you got about 20 people calling you one just because you're new and don't know what's going on (this is mostly in relation to Runescape, where you got these cocksucker level 110's who thing they're all that just because they got full Veracs or something =\ Veracs is a type of armor that's one of the best you can get and costs millions of gold for each peice.) Funny in other situations where you're just joking around, (and you both know it). Other than that, learn to fucking spell, and quit calling people noobs, that's all I got to say. =) (this wasn't directed to anyone in particular btw.)

XD. Yeah. I try to refrain from calling people it, and I find it annoying when a new person asks a question, and you get a bunch of "older" members, screaming at him/her. It's not needed.

I have called people it before, well, twice that I can think of. But it was to people who had been around longer then me.. soo.. yeah.

The whole term is wierd. I mean, your calling a person a "new" person, so it shouldn't really be that offensive..
