Shift

A little C&C anyone? Just curious as to what people think. I'm sure Bra wouldn't mind the feedback, either.

I haven't read the whole thing, but I've read the last five or so posts.

I think it's alright, but I haven't really seen much that is too stunning. I like Bra's creativity, but for some reason the way he portrays Raditzu just doesn't sit well with me; Rad has been RPing Raditzu a bit different than normal (I attribute this to his solitude), but not enough to warrant how I think Bra is. I do like how Bra is roleplaying his character, though; it feels real like always.

So yea. If tehre was something more eye-catching and groin-grabbingly exciting, I'd probably have more to say.

Interesting. How has Rad been different?

Well, the way I think of Rad is usually how he was when you helped 18 with her KK training, especially with the waffles. xD

Anyway, I envision Rad as being cocky and kinda always 'on,' if you get what I mean, but in the RoSaT he seems to be more serious, but is still kind of on. It's not drastic; he is still kinda cocky. I just thought it was due to him training and it being in teh RoSaT, and all that.

I didn't read the Rebellion, though, so I might be seeing more of a change than those who have been watching a possible steady change.

Let me start by saying that you two make a very odd pair. Leading up to this point, a year in RoSaT would be the farthest thing I could fathom happening between the two, character-wise.

I'd read a little bit about Bra's history with Grimshaw and then her attempt at mastery of the move in his honor when it was fresh off the keyboard, and it's nice to see some struggle with past events, bringing it up by playing off Rad's wierd metal stick thingy. When you write, you always write a significant amount and most of the time cram as much meaning into every word as possible, which gives the reader a lot to process at once. "Shift" is a continuation of that trend, and I see Bra from every different angle in every different light the mind can think of because you make it so.

As always, I enjoy Rad's humor. My impression of RoSaT is that you're supposed to get some kind of lesson or bonding or life-altering experience or something of that nature out of it, and Rad, to me, develops pretty slowly. This isn't a bad thing, seeing as how real people develop slowly, if at all. It's a testament to the realism of Rad's character, but I also don't see much "new" or "different" about him. I have no idea of your plans for him, if you're just gradually building up to something or are kind of rolling with whatever comes your way.

Other than that, I have little to offer. I don't see anything radically different in either of your styles of writing, but the plot is interesting to read, and you work well together. I don't know how much help that is.

Don't worry, I'll be fine

Once again.

Mainly due to (what I think is) the massive plot development in my latest RP. I'd like to hear your reactions and stuff. =D
