While Tim is taking a break from Chubbs, I'll be filling in his position. 18 will be taking my place as SM for now. I say 'for now' because this is just temporary. When Tim is back, I'm giving him back his spot What we do after that is up to him and Rad.

This is all subject to change as me and Josh talk to Raditzu.

Really, this isn't going be a huge change: 18 will still be doing her update work and I'm still going to be doing side-stuff and content work. Josh just felt like it would be more effective with two people up top instead of a single opinion and I had offered awhile ago in case this happened.

I once thought you would make a horrible Admin. Your qualities seemed best as an enforcer and not a leader. I could see its inevitability though, and I saw bad stuffs. But you changed. You aren't as big of a dick anymore. I don't know maybe you are just tired, maybe my perception changed and you are the same, I don't know, but if this temp role turned permanent, as you are, I don't think it would be a bad move. I daresay it could be good.

I guess what I'm saying is I would suck your dick. Maybe even for free.

How short on staff is Chubbs right now exactly O_o? Not to say Burter doesn't deserve the position, I'm just saying things seem to be going pretty s-l-o-w these days.

I dont think the staff is slow...but I do see a lot of things being bumped multiple times before given an answer or an update. On the other hand, I can understand staff being busy with Chubbs related issues and personal issues.

Yeah I started school, work, and I got a new Boyfriend. I don't even play WoW now. When I get on Chubbs now it's to update training.

If you guys need updates post them in your training and chances are I'll get to it. Do note, I tend to leave best moves to someone like Burter, he has a better opinion on those things.

I'm gonna try to do training tomorrow after work.
