So yesterday I was working my lane, scanning and such, when suddenly these medics rush a woman on a stretcher through. She had tears running down her face and an oxygen mask on and such. It was kind of surprising. I kept doing my job, they were gone, and yeah...
Today I found out the woman had had a brain annerism by the apple bin's, she died, and she has a teenaged son. It's just a bit shocking.
However, I'm morbid, because I kind of joked about it saying "Shop til you drop" and "She was so amazed at the apples on sale that she had a stroke".
But that's a pretty shitty way to die...I really do feel sorry for her family.

I chuckled at the jokes. Then I felt really bad.
Well, I'm going to Hell anyway. *Shrug*

I would have made them after she died...then I would have sent her son a card.

Eh, then that's not so bad. That sort of thing happens to everyone, you say something then regret it after you learn more about the situation...and you feel like an ass. It's happened to me before so...yeah lol. Sad story.

The people who thought those jokes were funny after knowing the lady died are fail.

I thought it was hilarious. I think it's horrible she died, but come on, those jokes are gold.

I still laughed.

Not at her, just because it of the circumstances. Yeah, I can't really describe it without sounding evil.

As most of you know, I'm on a funeral team for the military. So I can relate with what 18 said. Though I'm a million times worse. Me and the guys will joke and laugh and stuff just before and just after the funeral. I guess if we didn't, what we were doing would set in. Meh. I just don't get attached. If I started to do that, I'd probably go crazy.

That really sucks, 18. But you shouldn't feel bad at all. You made jokes, and you realized later the true events that had occured. Now, if you are still laughing and making jokes about her death.. then there is something wrong with you. O.o.
But as it is, you did nothing wrong.
