How would you explain it? He's really into motorcycles?

I imagine they were doing the rest of the JLA on motorcycles and got to Flash and said "fuck it! so what if he's way faster than that". Can't ruin the theme.

Hey, pistol-whipping someone with a rocket launcher is awesome.

Now if that was a bicycle rather than a motorcycle...made of like Vibranium so it doesn't shatter from the intense pedaling, it'd make sense. Wait, I lied.
