Immunity: Namekians win an obstacle course challenge to get both fire and safety


Turns out, being put an island with seven other clashing personalities isn't as easy as it was made out to be in the brochure. Immediate after arriving on the beach of the isolated Namekian island, the Saiyan team began to have turmoil. Violet and Android 18 took over with the shelter building and delegating tasks, seeming to isolate the rest of the tribe.

Krillin was the main outcry against the two people starting to take over. "We all kind of let the girls take over and made the shelter with their ideas, but it ended up being horrible. Our shelter sucked and we had zero sleep."

"The risk of being the leader," Eighteen said, "Is that when something wrong, no one wants to take responsibility, so...surprise! Let's all just blame the leader."

It didn't help that through the next day, no real progress was made. Android Eighteen moved into the back of the pack, leaving Krillin and Violet vying for control. With two different people at the head of the tribe, there was more arguement then discussion and thus no chores got done. "It's gotten to where I just ignore everyone and go off and do my own work," Uno declared in private, "At least something will get done."

After losing the immunity challenge, a lot of the blame fell to the smallest of the tribe: Bujin. Fearing being ousted, he clung onto Violet, assuming she could keep him safe. "The plan right now is to form a small group," Vi explained, "And we'll use that group's votes to carry us into the final ten. Hopefully we go into the merge with the numbers advantage."

Without fire, the tribe only had minimal food supplies. Sazuaa and Paragus became the tribe fishermen, but without anything to cook the food with, people neither delt with the namekian plant-life...or ate the fish raw, only to get sick.

"Things have to change," Krillin said, "We need to send home the people who are ruining this tribe. Once certain people leave, then we can come together and beat the Nameks in the challenges."

At tribal council, it didn't take long for the argument to turn into Krillin vs Violet. Krillin felt that Violet had forced herself upon the tribe, and they had been hurt because of her poor leadership. Violet, on the other hand, felt that the tribe was hurting because Krillin was offering nothing but bickering and complaining.

In the end, it was a collective vote, and not one person's opinion, which made the decision.

When the votes came out, Sazuaa was genuinely shocked that he was the one selected by the tribe to be ousted. While he wasn't overly strong or weak one way or the other, he was just an unlucky first victim of a building alliance. Violet and Android 18 had formed up with Paragus and Kirano, making a powerful foursome. With Bujin in their coattails, it left Krillin and Uno both angry and frustrated.

Sazuaa's torch was snuffed out, leaving two people debating how they could make the rest of the tribe crumble.

Compared to the life of constant bickering, the Namekians had it made. Immediately after landing on the beach on Day 1, everyone immediately knew their own jobs. Yamu, Bojack and Piccolo did the brunt work while Bra and Zangya was left to gather food. Android 17 made it his job to do the fishing and Reijin/Waffuru seemed to be the tribe leaders right off the bat.

"Waffuru and Reijin didn't make it a big secret they were best friends," Bojack noted, "It was actually really obvious right out of the gate."

Winning the first challenge and getting fire made it even easier for the tribe of eight. "Life here is pretty great," Zangya said happily, "Everyone gets along for the most part and it's not too bloodthirsty yet. We're just enjoying the sights for now."

Losing reward was the first sign that the tribe was getting too comfortable. In preparation for the inevitable tribal council they would have to attend, Yamu made his move. "My plan was to get in good with Reijin and Waff, so if we lose, I know I've got them behind me."

The tribe did end up losing the second immunity challenge, which would knock them down to seven. "Things became really hectic when we lost," Piccolo said, "All of a sudden, we realized we had no real target to go after."

The targets appeared to be Bra and Zangya, though neither seemed eager to let it stay that out. "Since we're females, and physically smaller, the others think it's fair to just assume we're the best to vote out. Well, we both think it's bullshit, so we're going to fight it."

"It seems like the decision on who should fell on my shoulders," Reijin said, chuckling. "I didn't actually do anything, but somehow everyone was looking at me and Waffuru about who should go."

At tribal council, Reijin and Waffuru were called out as the leaders, but they both shrugged it off, with Waff stating that he was avoiding that role because the leader always seems to get voted out. Bra then called out the names of 17, Bojack and Piccolo for trying to pinpoint her and Zangya as the targets, unfairly. This started a minor arguement, where Bojack defended his point by saying there was no real target, but really just everyone trying to be safe.

When the vote came in, the tribe made a decision, as a whole.

When the votes were read, Piccolo found himself blindsided. The reasoning from the tribal members as they voted was simply that he was left outcasted, never making a real relationship and thus benefitted nobody. The ties between Yamu, Waffuru and Reijin were already growing, starting to affect the tribe, and bring their own opinions down upon it.

Piccolo had his torch snuffed was informed the tribe as spoken. He left rather confused, but his elimination meant a unified tribe was still behind him. The others hadn't turned on each other, and they were still much cleaner in voting then the saiyans had been.

Reward: Nameks win fishing gear by solving puzzles from shaped figures
Immunity: Saiyans win an endurance competition to score immunity for the second time in a row


Following tribal council, the Namekians went back to camp as if nothing had happened. Instead of mourning the loss of Piccolo, they bonded together around the campfire, swearing to make a comeback.

"Losing Piccolo helped us, not hurt us," Seventeen explained, "We're all primed and pumped to make sure nobody else has to get voted out."

The following day, Seventeen got his wish when they won the reward challenge, giving them fishing gear and making him all the more useful. "Now that Seventeen has something to get food with, it's hard to vote him out," Reijin told us, "Because without him, we would struggle until someone else stepped up as a provider."

From a social standpoint, the only person who seemed out of the loop was Bojack, but he was exceptionally strong. "Right now I know I'll be kept around because I'm probably the biggest guy here," he said, "So I can just kick back and watch the others."

The main clique of the tribe remained as Waffuru or Reijin, with the two acting as leaders without any competition. "Everyone seems content to let us make the decisions at camp," Waff chuckled, "So I guess I've just accepted it."

After the immunity challenge and another loss, they were going to have a make a choice. To make matters worse, the two ladies were the two who struggled at the endurance competition, which involved carrying heavy logs. "I think Bra and I have worn out our excuse about it not being fair to vote out a girl," Zangya sighed, "So it's going to me or her."

"I'm feeling like Zangya was quick to turn the blade on me," Bra said, frustrated, "We managed to get someone else last time, but she gave up real quick and now it's suddenly me against her, which is bullshit. There are bigger fish to fry and she had to make it personal."

At tribal council, the two called each other out, mainly just trying to get the other to look worse. The rest of the tribe watched as Bra and Zangya argued until finally broken up by the host, Burter.

He then called for a vote, where the tribe would decide for themselves.

When it was all said and done, Bra's ties into the popular people of the tribe allowed her to remain in good fortunes with the overall tribal dynamic. Zangya was left in the dust, a casualty on the Namekians' way to become a stronger tribe. The only dissent seemed to be Bojack, who was feeling uneasy about the power his other tribemates were starting to hold. Even still, he followed through.

Zangya's torch was snuffed, as the tribe had spoken and she was unanimously asked to leave the game.
