I sure as hell hope so. I was really expecting Azula to have just up and 'unbanished' her mom to see her be crowned as the new Firelord or something...sadly that didn't happen.

Think they're going to try and tie it up in the movies that's supposed to come out later? I hope not. That would suck so much. Right now I'm like happy because the movie was awesome but I'm stuck wondering what happened to Azula(I know she got captured but seriously...where are they going to keep her where she won't be breathing fire and causing all sorts of chaos?) and where the fuck is Zuko's mom?

And what the fuck is up with Aang just learning Energy Bending that quickly lol. I know I know...the giant Lion Turtle and the past avatars that sucks though. A season on him learning that would have been pretty fucking sweet.

Though he could have energy bended away Azula's firebending like he did the FireLords.

Yeah, I think that in this case, shoop-da-woop = bend all four elements at once in the avatar state and kick the crap out of the "Phoenix King."

Yea...it's safe to say I won't be looking to wiki for any Avatar related information and yes that four elements at once bending was just awesome.

Something to remember is that that wasn't actually a movie. It was four episodes. Had all of that happened over the course of a month, you probably wouldn't have had that "wow, he can learn to 'Energy Bend' really fast" kind of reaction.

Why would tying up loose ends in a movie suck? Zuko finding his mom really isn't a whole lot to base an entire season on.

Maybe not, but there were several unanswered questions, like what happened to Azula? What do Toph's parents think of her? Is Combustion Man really dead? Stuff like that.

Also, when I mean a short season, I mean like four or so episodes short. Just a closer to tie up all loose ends.

I dunno, I've never really been bothered by unanswered questions when the answers don't really matter.

Nobody is ever happy unless every last detail is explained. Some things are just better left alone. The main loose ends were tied up. That's all that matters.

Azula cracked. She's crazy. Who cares what happened to her?

I do...she's like the greatest female villain in my book lol. And I wouldn't have been worried about Zuko's mom had she not appeared in Azula's little fantasy thing nor had Zuko asked his father five minutes before the show ended 'Where is my mother?'.

Aang didn't really energy bend, I think that was just an application of his affinity with the spirit world. After all, the reason the Avatar can bend all elements is because he's the spirit of the world, and what the world has giveth it can taketh away.

Well, I mean, not REALLY. All she did was chop off her hair and see her mother in a mirror and walk around like she was drunk and dismiss all her guards for treason and act like she was an exploding bomb of blue fire.

I wouldn't call that fucking insane at all.

Being on a throne surrounded by blue fire was pretty badass, I gotta give her that.

I also like that Suki was an actual character once they rescued her. She didn't just kind of vanish.

So glad they had the creative fortitude not to make Azula 'see the light'. They set up a very rich world with this run, I hope they revisit it with newer perhaps more down to earth characters in a future series.

I admit it, I just really want to see more Koh.

Yea I was worried they'd have Azula go good...though it's probably a possibility if they do give us a spinoff and have Zuko go off to find his mother. I'd like to see it happen.
