New Administrator at CDBZ

Effective immediately, Bardock will be taking my position as administrator here. I will be dropping down to super mod, by my own decision

I won't be answering any questions here in public. Bardock can if he wants.

All I will say is that he is the man for the job. He and Raditzu are both qualified to lead this RPG and I will continue to support them both as a super mod.

I think this is a great move, Reb. You are much more valuable as Super Moderator and it took a lot of balls to make this move. Glad to see Bardock in the position and I just want to thank Reb again for doing this. Hopefully this will spark a huge push of new content for Chubbs.

Slightly related question: I've never been able to figure out. Waffuru is a staff member, but is he in the same capacity as Rad/Bar or Rei? I know it's one of those two, cause he's listed as a Creative mod but his title says Admin.

To my knowledge, both Waffuru and I are essentially Creative Mods. He has Admin access in order to fulfill his duties as a Technical Moderator as well, such as making board tweaks and other things for the sake of keeping things running smoothly.

Waffuru has a lot of power - to speak of access rights and that sort of stuff - because he's got skillz, yo. The rest of us sort of grunt and chant to try and appease the technology when it breaks. Waff actually goes and like, does things to it.

He's kind of like the shaman of the staff tribe.

Sort of missed the point, though. My bad.

Congratulations to Bardock, and props to Burter. I'm sure it took a lot of thought to come to this decision, but I'll say this: most people would never have considered giving up power. That says a lot.
