Gohan and I are trying to make it where you don't have to nerf yourself, there will probably be other special things for Reirei depending on which events we choose.

So my room, if I get this right, is constructed fully of plastic, and I have a chip in me that won't allow me to move or has that been lifted, just need to know for RP purposes, I can stands still if that's how you guys want it.

Cell Jr. is in a cell it self, purely because he is of unknown chemical form >.>

13 is in a room made of plastic

Rei is in restrants like Jugg's in X3
