Dragon Ball Wishes

Transformations: You can go one tier up. So I, for example, could wish for SSJ2 had I had all seven dragonballs.

Race: Like, wishing to be of another race? I guess you could do anything within the DBZ realm, if you really wanted to... but you wouldn't be able to become a Kai, I'd imagine.

Ethnicity: Same deal as race, though I'm not sure why you'd use some ridiculously powerful wish to change your background.

Power Level / Ki: There's a TP wish, listed on the main page, I think. Also, I think staff was sort of thinking about this for a while, so I'm not sure anymore.

Zeni: Same deal as Power Level / Ki

Stats: ...That's the same thing as PL. Stats directly effect ki.

Planets: "No planets." The Eternal Dragon was forced to create one already, he decided that was bullshit and now nobody can anymore.

Zeni: 10k per person, you choose how many people are included.

TP: 75 TP per person included in the wish.

Plus there are now two wishes.

Not soon. They are usually down abou two months after they are used. Give or take, NO definates.

No, it would be the powerups we have established as far as tiers goes. You wouldn't create your own with your own rules.

Tier is the level of power, id est that is x20 is tier one and x40 is tier two (we don't really call x5 or x10 a tier).

You can call it what you want IC, but the non-transformer power-up is spiritken mainly. There's also bio suit and super kaioken.

For you, Kilah, the power-ups are

Spiritken x10 (Untrained) and x20 (Trained). That's first tier

Kaioken x15 (Untrained) and x25 (Trained). Also first tier.

Super Kaioken x40. Second tier.
