A Hookah is a pipe with a long flexible tube that draws the smoke through water. Traditionally used for smoking tobacco, which is often flavored.

Red paint, and it really is just tobacco. The set-up is just ghetto fabulous and that is the only fan I have to keep the mosquitoes away.

Also helps light the coals real quick like.
