Trainable Techniques

I understand it is highly frowned upon to actually train for techniques rather than wait until you earn them, but just for the sake of knowing, which ones can you train for and which ones can't you? I have a pretty good idea of a couple that you can't, but I included nearly all of them anyway.

Saga only techniques right off the bat. I was the one who made them, for the sole reason of being saga only tech's since we were running out of stuff to give the older memebers.

These are also techs you can't train for, they are high level techniques. Infact Teleportation and Fusion aren't really given out any more and Pyro, and Cryo are supposed to be uber rare.

Sensei has a 'Y' to show my uncertainty ('X's and 'Y's, y'know).

In 98% of the population, the option for training for those is only available in KR when it becomes available. Until then, they are practically saga only techs. There is just always the exception to the rule. The funny part is that everyone thinks that they are the exception.

and since Goku actually created like half of those techs, I don't see a problem with his input.
