I think it should be a public vote. Simply because you are competing in your own tournament. If someone else was hosting, it'd be easier because you could have the judge rank the sigs and the host would calculate the results. But you can't do that because you are playing.

Sure. I just figured that then judges that had already voted wouldn't change. *Shrug*

What Burter means is that the judges would revote on the two sigs that had two votes. This would force the fifth judge to vote for a sig he didn't vote for initially.
