After you download your fonts, unzip them (if they are .zip files) and move the files to the fonts folder in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts . Shut down photoshop, and then restart it. When you reload photoshop, it'll add the fonts.

Sometimes it'll add to the bottom of the list in photoshop. It could either be A) at the bottom of the list, B) You have way too many fonts, or C) There's something up with your computer.

Open the fonts via "Open as..."

If they arn't on the list, just try Open a few times until they appear
