|--General Information--|

Born on a distant planet named Vegeta, Mowgli came into the lives of a low-class saiyan family. His father - like many saiyans before him – was your typical soldier. His mother died shortly after his birth due to complications. In retaliation to the twisted humor that the fates possessed, Mowgli’s father - while drunk and upset - placed the baby saiya-jin in a rocket with random coordinates set. He blamed the baby for his wife's death. Little did he know, this would send the baby to (you guessed it) Earth.

Upon arrival, because of the circumstances, the inferior shift space pod the baby lied within took damage as it made its way into the Earth’s atmosphere. Impact destroyed most what remained, leaving nothing more than a child under wreckage within a smoking crater.

With the guidance of its natives, that child has grown to call the Earth his home and its people his family. He places their lives and teachings above all else and on occasion even believes himself to be human.

Mowgli's personality, for those who get to know him, tends to follow his bloodline. He's been known to be a hard headed, confident individual who could easily come across as arrogant and could use a class or two in manners. Also, because of his nature Mowgli enjoys to fight. Violence seems natural to him.

|--Physical Appearance--|

Despite his age, Mowgli isn’t significantly tall; he possesses physical traits common amongst the saiyan race such as broad shoulders and a natural muscular build. His clothing varies depending on his location and his reasons for being there. It's not to because he's into fashion, he just prefers to be comfortable. Due to this he can be found in a wide variety of clothes ranging from regular t-shirts and jeans to hand wraps and a pair of shorts. Like his ancestors, Mowgli’s hair is naturally black and stands upright on its own.

|--Best Moves--|

Barrier - A basic defensive technique; when in danger Mowgli can emit his energy in such a way that it spreads around him and acts as a protection device. The barrier can withstand basic attacks; also weaken the effects of larger, more critical ones. Mowgli is capable of creating a shield around himself or someone he is pointing at as long as he has enough ki to supply and the attacker isn't dramatically stronger than him.

Big Bang Attack (Mowgli's Version) - Mowgli extends his left or right hand and charges up large amounts of ki into his palm, turned to a 90 degree angle (as if to signal "Stop") each finger and thumb glows with a blue aura, then are fired off at the opponent. The energy discharges can be morphed into either a wave or a large energy ball, comet-like energy projectile type blast. It can be interchangeable each time; normally changed for tactical measures. This attack is either yellow, light blue, or white in color, depending on how much energy Mowgli puts into it, and creates an enormous explosion upon contact.

Dragon Kamehameha - This attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched. It’s fired in the form of a continuous beam of cobalt and white energy. No real difference to this procedure when compared to that of the traditional Kamehameha Wave. The only difference this attack has is that when fired, the front of the blast resembles the face of a dragon. On occasion it takes the form of serpent-like dragon.

Focused Shockwave - Mowgli has no idea how he came about being able to do this. It was if by pure instinct alone that this concept came to him and through little practice he has become capable of summoning it with minimal effort. This technique is performed by Mowgli simply raising two fingers while focusing on a spot on the ground and an explosion of energy is created within the 10 foot radius of the spot he was focused on. This attack is useless against someone who isn't on or close to the ground.

Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack – Inspired by the stories of the paranormal. Mowgli developed a way to create little ghost-like clones of himself and infuse their physical make up with unstable amounts of energy. These ghost clones have a mind of their own, but will listen to their creator and him alone. The ghosts explode on contact with anything they touch, this includes each other and their creator.
