I'm confused

I apologize, but I'm a bit confused on something.

I read over the rules, but there seems to be a lot of changes happening or something and I'm unsure as to how to train, let alone know what my stats are.

I know upon joining that we are required to do our stats, but when I look at people that have been here longer than I have, they're stats are less than mine. On top of that, I noticed a conversion page made by Raditz, but I'm still somewhat confused.

Can anyone help me out?

People who have been here longer than you may have lower stats due to character changes, which come with a stat penalty. People who've changed characters many times would logically have lower stats than someone who may have just started, if they haven't trained much.
