What race is Aqua

So, I've searched through MFG and Chubbs, and my character (who was maybe only in 1-2 episodes tops) doesn't seem to have a mentioned race. In my vault, I called his race Aqua-jin. That seemed good enough to me, but I don't know what official stance the staff here wants to take regarding my race.

Once you all decide that, is he a transformer or not? And what pre-requisites would his race need to transform (if they are different from the basic trans where the 1st level is 150 determination and 1 mil ki)?

He would appear on here as a non-transformer. You can call his race 'aqua-jin,' though, if you like.
