It's called player limit. Only so many were allowed to compete.

Also, Trunks, will it benefit us to be on one of the starting points (which I suspect'll exist) around the time this thing comes into play?

How much RPing can a character of my newness expect to to get in before he is eliminated? (baring the "depends on how you role play it response - just looking for a general response)

I'm not even quite sure how sagas run. I was a candidate for DA, but for some odd reason was never allowed to compete. I arrived too late for the Worlds Tournament, so I am really kinda not in-the-know.

I noticed that people seem to just keep posting in the same thread, but is there a certain order to it, or when they post? And how do they know where they are located (DA) throughout the Map? And how can they verify that nobody is cheating?

Anyone who could answer these questions would be yet another of my 'friends forever' ^_^

As Selipa said, player limit, and that can be good; surprises can be fun.

Well, with PCIII, there will probably be several threads, but that will just depend on the area, like one thread per planet. There isn't really any order, but there will be a thread in here for people to comment on teh saga and say, "I'll go next, so please don't screw me over, d00das!" There is no map. On each planet, there will probably be only a few locations for one person, and we expect people to not be so stupid that they forget completely what they were doing in the saga, plus Trunks and I will be keeping toll on everything. How can you cheat? If you do something outrageously out of line like have it so you kill the bad guy in one hit without Trunk or my authorization, then it will probably be dismissed, and we'd have to discuss whether to kick you out or not.

That nearly discouraged me from answering. =P

I'm not Trunks (hard ot be him *grabs crotch* *falls down*), but there will be a time for everyone to get there, but a certian event will happen that will trigger the saga that'd be neat to roleplay out.

Well, it really does depend. If you are good, you will probably be in it for up to the end. There won't be too many eliminations, just when we feel there is too many, somebody will get da axe (not the product--that's for my dates).

Ah, ok. So, basically, whomever isn't cutting the mustard RPing wise will be the ones to get cut off as the saga progresses (rather than those of us who simply lack the statistical oomph)?

Correct. Staff would obviously prefer someone that consistently RPs well than someone who has high stats but basically just sits around watching the show.

The next time I see HF online I'll finalise all these details. I'll get my arse into gear and finish off PCII and my Nightwalker quest, and then it can basically start.

Numbers are still iffy; I don't see any number restrictions yet, but if there are too many people to account for, I might impose a few eliminations.

To be eliminated you'd have to be in the saga first. O.o

If during the storyline at some point we feel there is too much, whoever we feel is doing the worst (RP ability-wise) will be gone.

Kilah and King Cold (and anyone else for that matter), do not continue this. A warning will be issued if I see it in here after this post. I've already cleared what will be happening. Kilah, you were not picked for DA because you didn't cut the slack, deal with it. If someone is cut from PCIII, then they didn't cut the slack, and must deal with it.

Will you guys cut it out? You`re talking as if a player limit has already been imposed. Unless too many players attempt to join, everybody who will want to join will get to join. It is storyline sagas like this that give talented but non-popular roleplayers a chance to prove themselves. So please, stop with this sharade. Wait and we will see what will happen.
