Ship Question

Okay, I have a question pertaining to the ship system.

Say someone currently owned a medium ship, but they were interested in moving up to the next size class for one reason or another. Would it be possible that this person could put forth the cost difference between a medium and large ship (10,000) and seemingly trade in their existing ship to pay for the cost of moving up to the next class?

It's unfortunate that HF's probably wrong. =\

However, it -is- fortunate that I think - despite it being completely illogical on CC's part to take back a used ship for a full refund - that it's a good idea.

I guess we'd need a higher-up ruling on it or w/e, but, yeah. Seems like a good idea.

For the 'sense' thing, it could be roleplayed as simply upgrading the same ship. Like, making it bigger for the cost of the 10,000.

He isn't wrong, I was able to turn in my ship when I bough one bigger. However, I'm not sure if it was because Rad was lazy, or what, but he let me do it.

Yeah, that was mostly me being lazy.

The trading-in thing was only for people who a permanent ship prior to the new ship system. As it stands now, the only way to sell a ship is through cBay.
