Renaming my moves.

I would say the first three replacement moves are great, but Bone Manipulation seems to border on the Metal Binding-ish. I'd have to say no to that last one, but Bete Noir Blast, Vampiric Strength and Vampiric Flexibility are fine if you want those.

Just manipulating material into weapons and the like (though in this case it's bone as opposed to metal). You can ask a higher-up to override me on this if you want.

The tech (Metal Binding) is a manipulation, in this case of metal.

There are also manipulations of fire, ice and electricity.

Manipulations are tech-level powers.

You'll need to pick something else.

Essentially you are wanting to be Kimimaro with that move, and its basically the same as Metal Binding, just manipulating bone instead of Metal. Your Wolverine example... Wolverine was still Wolvie even after his adamantium was removed, as his bone structure was still formidable enough to use as a good weapon.

And while I can't approve your latest attack I would stay that it is fine as long as you recognize two things 1) the beams would not pierce the flesh of a ki-infused fighter 2) it would be especially draining to perform.

Your move is overpowered. Read some of the accepted moves here, no one has a move that makes them invincible to all attacks and then kills everyone in front of it.

Staff is not going to allow the move. I can see you have quite the thick skull.

The move takes almost no time to activate, makes you immune to physical attacks, absorbs energy attacks and then shoots unstoppable beams from it.

If that's incorrect, then you may need to reword your power.

Then mark your thread as [Staff Only], I'm not trying to be mean to you or anything but I've been here years longer than you have and I'm letting you know that your ultra-invincibilty-death-ray-shield will not fly. So, you are entitled to wait for someone to officially veto it or you can apply some changes to make it closer to fair and/or balanced and gain that snowball's chance in hell of getting your moves accepted.

Or, I suppose, you can do as you have already and be an unreasonable thick-skulled jerk and completely alieniate yourself from everyone you have to interact with.

Waff was pretty much right. I haven't looked in great detail as I'm about to go to sleep, but he's been staff before and knows how we think and act. His state of not being staff at the moment is not over anything regarding general knowledge of the rules but more of other reasons that are not important to this topic.
