Rad agreed to 1k zeni and 10TP per person, but only Para and I finished so I don't know what needs to happen in terms of rewards, but yeah.

I deserve the same reward considering the effort I put in, regardless of whether I was there to the end. Mowgli's the only one I'd say doesn't merit the said reward.

Aqua: 11 posts (10,454 words and 2 months + 6 days time commitment) 950.36 words per post
Kirano: 8 posts (6,321 words and 1 month + 8 days time commitment) 790.13 words per post
Paragus: 4 posts (3,163 words and about 2 months time commitment (1 month 29 days)) 790.75 words per post
Turles: 3 posts (3,127 words and 28 days time commitment) 1,042.33 words per post
Mowgli: 1 post (340 words and 1 day time commitment) 340 words per post

So I'd say that Kirano definitely put in as much effort as Paragus and Turles in terms of the amount typed, but he nor Turles equaled Para in terms of ooc time committed. Beyond all this, though, only two characters Aqua and Paragus) completed the quest to gain the reward IC. So.... there be the facts. Do with them what you will.

Kirano/Para: 600 zeni, 6 TP
Turles: 500 zeni, 5 TP

Mowgli doesn't qualify as having participated in the quest. A minimum of three posts is required, per person, for a group quest.
