Fighting Technique: Speedy/Counter-Attackive
Fighting Style: Flamboyant, Arrogant, Taunter
Appearance: About the height of a 10 year old, this creature has blue scale like skin with black dots much like a leopard. He also has two small black wings which protrude slightly over the sides of his back, but neither have no affect on the creature. Not to mention he has 2 small like two dimensonal horns on either side of his head which seem to cover his skull which is black.

Cell Jr. points his right index finger at his enemy as he takes his left hand and places it under his forearm for additional support as he begins to charge a small blue ki ball at the tip of his finger, he then proceeds to fire it as it travels directly straight towards his intended target.
Solar Flare
A technique which utilizes both the sun and the user's ki to blind the opponent. Cell Jr. first takes a wide stance, then raises both hands above his head. He then spreads the fingers and lowers them in front of his face, pointing down towards the general area of the enemy. Then a huge burst of sunlight radiates from his hands. Used for getaways or to gain the strategic advantage over a stronger enemy.
Bakurikimaha
Cell Jr. extends his right arm out and takes his left hand and proceeds to clutch his elbow for support. Cell Jr. then starts charging up a ki blast as a blue ball appears in the palm of his hand as small lighting strikes rocket out from the ball. After charging it for some time, he proceeds to fire the ball at the enemy which is than followed by ablue ki wave for additional damage.

Sai-Sei Regeneration
Having namekian cells in his DNA Cell Jr. is able to do this just as if he was a namek. This allows him to regenerate destroyed anatomy as long as at least a single cell survives. This proves to be an extremely useful ability on the battlefield, but there are some drawbacks. This ability takes concentration and a decent amount of ki flow, so if the user is being beaten down and not giving the time needed to regen, he never will.
Cell Bond
With the discovery of his father, Cell Jr. also finds that he shares a mysterious and perhaps dangerous bond with his ?father.? The two are able to sense one another?s ki from anywhere in the universe as long as both of them remain living. The full effects of this bond have yet to be explored.
