Telepathy?

Can you rp training to get telepathy? I always kinda just assumed it was only a saga reward but I just noticed Raspberry is writing about learning it(I havn't read his rp but the name of it is "Trying telepathy" so I'm just assuming he is trying to learn it). I just wanted some clarification on this because if you can just train for it I would probably go out and attempt eventually.

Yes. Actually, every ability can be learnt through roleplays, it just takes longer for some than others.

Thanks a lot, I've got just one more question though.

Roughly how hard would telepathy be to learn using the quest difficultly system of easy, moderate, hard, or very hard.

EDIT: Yeah I am pretty sure I already know the answer to that question but I just wanted to make sure.

Anything that is practically trainable can be trained for. The only technique that I would find impractical would be zankai bonus, but yea never know.

Saga-Only techs weren't called Saga-Only because they can be learned out of a saga.
