Im pretty sure its a steel codpeice. Unless she has the vagina muscles of Athena then its just a bend in the armor.

Well, she is a Claymore. Claymore's are half-yoma (humanoid, flesh-eating demons), half-human. They can do weird things with their muscles... >.>
