Okay, since I'm on this planet where I can't train I want to know a few things about the laws here.

Is it possible to evade the sensors or is the council all seeing, all knowing?

Is it possible to partake in an underground world?

What are the rules on all things enjoyable,
Alcohol
Pot
Coke
Cigars (Jack's were confiscated at the gate)

And if they are illegal is it possible to pirate said goods? Not to say I'd be making any extra zeni from the roleplaying, though it would be nice, since I'm a Space Pirate and all I just figured it would be good development.

Are there bars?

Are we talking half-life 2 security or sci-fi Reservoir Dogs security here?

Do they use guns or martial arts? Do they use ki? Are there guns? If not can there be a blackmarket for them? Guns are fun to write about. I'm in it for the writing, not the training or stats. Get back to me when ya can.. I'm guessing this is mostly Reijin's bag of answers since he's taken care of the planet info and the sensei.

I had thought of it like Half Life 2 style security, but the world isn't as... run-down as things are in HL2.

Regardless, waiting for Rei to answer would be the best bet.

Evading the sensor? Not really. It actively blocks your energy output, while also sensing for weaponry. Its a planetary thing, you can't hide from it. That'd defeat the point of the planet.

Underground world... I could see some "underground" type people going to the planet, but with the security and all, noone's going to be doing any trafficking and pirating and such. That's more Mercy's line of work. Thing of this planet as the "good guy" version of Mercy when it comes to that end.

Alcohol is allowed in their pubs, although it isn't nearly as strong as the fabled drinks of Vejita-sei. Drugs are confiscated at the door though, but lighter things like cigars and such are allowed (just say they took yours in order to check them for other materials).

Pirating is best sent to Mercy and Frost, as this place is more friendly than that. Its like "utopia" and "heaven" type place.

Bars are around, but bar fights and such tend to be dealt with severely (depending on who you are though, as some enjoy it as a pasttime like Dimiras but don't do it often enough to be a problem.)

Security... Not sure what the Dogs reference comes from, so I can't say, but I guess you could say HL2, although that's a bit darker than I imagined.

The guards and such can use guns and Ki for their jobs, but only strictly for job purposes, similar to people training under a sensei for that same reasoning. As for guns on the blackmarket, I guess they could somehow get in, but they wouldn't get very far before being dealt with. People tend to all work for the planet's benefit, and if you are seen as someone not willing to contribute then you are removed from the planet.
