Draw a pirate.

A pirate with robot legs, and a sword for an arm. Make the other arm far too muscly for his body size, and give him two eye patches and purple hair.

Instead of a parrot, give him a turtle with a jolly roger painted on his shell.

The turtle -MUST- have a revolver in it's possession.

Mine was about 200$. 4x6 which is the smaller one. It's an intuos though, which is the more expensive version. I hear the Graphire is nearly as good and knocks a hefty bit off the price tag, but the local best buy only had one kind.
