Shenron's List
Though it is still currently in the planning stages, I thought I would get some opinions on a saga I am planning on doing, called Shenron's List. The plot would revolve around a list, found by the host of the saga. The list itself would contain the names of twenty-four warriors, supposed to be Shenron's choice of warriors that would participate in a tournament. And so, the 'host' would summon the fighters, and they all would come together to fight. All of the battles would take place on Earth, the home of the dragon, Shenron. Here is how the battles would go: there would be twelve fights in the first round, with each fight including two randomly picked players. The next round, those winners would do the same thing, this time in six fights; the six fighters would then move to the semi-finals, again in pairs. And then the final round would consist of a battle royale between three fighters. The host and two hand-picked judges would choose the winner after each battle based on quality of roleplay, length of roleplay, etc. The winner would a stone trophy in the shape of the Dragonballs on a pedastal. Also, if the host wishes, he or she can purchase other prizes or try to haggle the staff into giving them to them, lol. So, that's the basic summary. How does it look?

True, true, yes...it does. But still, as I said, it's in the development stages. I'll come up with new ideas soon. Just, if anyone wishes to help me, I'd love the help.

There are a lot of name with [Name]'s List. I just thought it'd be an appropriate title. But it is only temporary.

A new feature: The tournament is actually a race, but you must also fight. More details later.

Hehehe. Perhaps you should stick with a fighting tournament. Just a suggestion.

It sounds like you may have a little something hidden in there. Give it some more thought and time before adding to it. And maybe plan it all out better. Then I might be interested.

Here's how it will work:
First Leg of Race
1st Place v. 2nd Place for 1st Place
3rd Place v. 4th Place for 2nd Place
5th Place v. 6th Place for 3rd Place
7th Place v. 8th Place for 4th Place
9th Place v. 10th Place for 5th Place
11th Place v. 12th Place for 6th Place
13th Place v. 14th Place for 7th Place
15th Place v. 16th Place for 8th Place
17th Place v. 18th Place for 9th Place
19th Place v. 20th Place for 10th Place
21st Place v. 22nd Place for 11th Place
23rd Place v. 24th Place for 12th Place
For example, say Burter got to the end of Leg 1 first. If Spopovich arrived second, they would have to fight, and say Burter won, Burter would claim first place for that leg, Spopovich would be eliminated (haven't decided whether losers die yet) and Burter would get to be the first poster in the next leg. You must post at least three, GOOD posts before you can finish each leg. If the judges decide your posts are not up to par, you will be forced to begin again and be behind. Spars must be AT LEAST 3 posts from each player. The judges will then decide the winner, so the last player posting should make it look like it was a stalemate, and the judges will post the last post of the winner winning.
In the final round, there will be no race portion -- just a free-for-all fight for the three finalists. Anything goes.

Such language coming from a woman!!!!
Um...stick with the tournament...tournaments are good and fairly easy to do and run I might add. Throw in some twists and turns during a battle and you've got gold....ok you got copper but it'll be something to do.

That made me laugh.
Does honesty earn respect or inspire revenge? Is it smarter to attack the strong or annihilate the weak?

I think you should wait a year or so before you try taking on something of this magnitude. You've only got a couple weeks to your name

I understand your concern, but my main purpose here was just to get the idea out there. Also, perhaps the staff would like to use the idea and expand on it as a filler until you can retrieve some of the information from the development boards? Just an idea.

Shenron's List Official Information
There is a list.
A list of great legend.
That nobody has ever found.
Shenron's List.
Shenron's List is a scroll that contains the names of twenty four fighters. These twenty four fighters are the chosen few that the Eternal Dragon himself has selected, selected to participate in a competition of greater magnitude than any ever participated in before. They are to participate in the Eternal Tournament. But sadly, nobody has ever found this list...until now.
[Host Name Here] has just discovered the list, hidden away in layers of ice in one of Earth's northern glaciers. He/She has chosen to preside over the competition, and have selected two judges of great skill to assist them. The twenty four fighters have been summoned. Shenron has granted countless wishes to the inhabitants of this planet, and now, we are to repay him by granting his one wish. "Discover who is the best fighter on my list."
The tournament is a race. A race to the finish. But, at the finish, more perils still await, as at the end of every leg, you must fight the person who has come in behind or before you. The match ups for each leg will be as so:
First Leg of Race
1st Place v. 2nd Place for 1st Place
3rd Place v. 4th Place for 2nd Place
5th Place v. 6th Place for 3rd Place
7th Place v. 8th Place for 4th Place
9th Place v. 10th Place for 5th Place
11th Place v. 12th Place for 6th Place
13th Place v. 14th Place for 7th Place
15th Place v. 16th Place for 8th Place
17th Place v. 18th Place for 9th Place
19th Place v. 20th Place for 10th Place
21st Place v. 22nd Place for 11th Place
23rd Place v. 24th Place for 12th Place
Second Leg of Race
1st Place v. 2nd Place for 1st Place
3rd Place v. 4th Place for 2nd Place
5th Place v. 6th Place for 3rd Place
7th Place v. 8th Place for 4th Place
9th Place v. 10th Place for 5th Place
11th Place v. 12th Place for 6th Place
Third Leg of Race
1st Place v. 2nd Place for 1st Place
3rd Place v. 4th Place for 2nd Place
5th Place v. 6th Place for 3rd Place
For example, say Burter got to the end of Leg 1 first. If Spopovich arrived second, they would have to fight, and say Burter won, Burter would claim first place for that leg, Spopovich would be eliminated and killed and Burter would get to be the first poster in the next leg.
The winner would recieve bragging rights, a trophy in the shape of the Dragonballs sitting on a pedastal, and a mystery prize. Twenty four were chosen. But only one will recieve the ultimate title of 'ETERNAL CHAMPION'!
Many will enter. Few will win.
