Adding Moves Thread
The old one ^
As a note, the Best Moves section of the roster pages will be removed soon so you only need to worry about these being added to your vault. You can add them on your next vault update, we aren't going to add every single move that gets posted at the time you post it.
This thread is for APPROVING moves, NOT updating them.
EDIT by Bardock: Rules involving move approval can be found the the Character Vault Rules thread.

I currently am unsatisfied with my techniques, so I was wondering if I could replace them. Here is the first one I would like approved, and added in place of Bubble Cage:
Headtail Blaster
This is Buu?s finishing move and can only be used once every day, as that is how long it takes the spherical end of his headtail to regenerate. Using this technique, Buu is able to extend his headtail towards his opponent, in which he wraps the tail around their body in an indefinite ?trap?. Afterwards, he sticks the sphere at the end of the headtail into the target?s mouth, and then detonates in while it is inside. This results in an immediate explosion, which, depending on the ki level, defense level, and luck level of the target, could immediately kill them.
Seeing as this is such a powerful move, I tried to put limitations on it.

If I can remember correctly, we don't allow you to replace a move, unless it's like the day you joined or something.

Ah...well, just in case I can, here are the other two moves:
Bubblegum Bomb
This is perhaps Buu?s second favorite technique, next to his finishing move, Headtail Blaster. Using this, Buu changes a nearby substance into bubblegum using Henka Beam, and then begins chewing it until it is chewy enough to be manipulated. He then spits it out, and molds it into a spherical form, then tossing it towards the target, and detonating it when it gets close.
Headtail Whip
Using this technique, Buu can extend his headtail and use it as a whip, either smacking the opponent from afar with it, or using it to tie up the opponent. After tying them up, Buu can continue to use the remaining length of his headtail to smack the opponent continuously.
To replace Absorption and Buu Ball, respectively.

CONCENTRATED BARRIER: A twist on a classic lifesaver. Instead of expending needlessly wasted energy to cover the changeling from all sides, he focuses on a single point of a mentally crafted sphere and his protection is formed. Its usage has gone as far as protecting the changeling from physical attacks, with drawbacks in it proficiency against large calibur ki-based assaults. It can only protect Cold from what he consciously notices.

Bakuhatsuha (Death Dome): By raising two fingers, Aqua can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area and/ or the ground under an opponent. The attack forms a dome shape around Aqua's targeted area and works its way outward the longer he focuses on the move and the more energy he puts into it. In it's most common application, Aqua starts the dome around himself and pushes it outward.
(Similar to the move Nappa used in the show but with a few technical clarifications)

Approved. Knowing that of course, using it in a large area of effect would be taxing on your Ki, correct?

Ougi - Coruscation
This is the most potent, and difficult, technique in Android 20's arsenal. It represents the android's "perfect technique," by balancing both offense and defense in its use. It is a four-way combination of other techniques the android possesses, namely Valence Overload, Astral Field, Flare Blades, and Shimmer. When used, Coruscation causes the android's form to glow with a faint white light, a side effect of the android's combination of energy and mental power being forced out around him. The technique works as such: When an opponent enters the radius of the android's Astral Field, Android 20 can use his mind to transmute astral ki energy into physical ki energy at any location within this radius, much like Shimmer or Flare Blades. However, the ki that is formed is not limited to only offensive or defensive use. The ki formed can both defend the android, and attack his opponent at the same time. It takes the form of white, razor-thin fragments of ki that can interlock with one another and shatter into smaller pieces as well. In this manner, Twenty can cause the fragments of ki to interlock to form a barrier of ki in front of himself to block an incoming attack, and then, once the attack is blocked, shatter the barrier, and shoot the fragments at his opponent in a myriad of formations. However, the fragments of ki are only visible for the moment that the android is using them, causing them to rapidly flicker in and out of sight, giving the technique its name of "Coruscation." Because of this capability, it is extremely dangerous for an opponent to get within close range of the Android while Coruscation is active. And also because of its power, it is incredibly difficult for the android to activate and to sustain. Firstly, in order to draw forth enough energy to fuel Coruscation, Android 20 must activate Valence Overload. Secondly, in order for Coruscation to take form from this energy, both Twenty and Gero must be completely in sync with one another, balancing their respective techniques, Flare Blades and Shimmer, perfectly, in order to create their amalgamation, Coruscation. Due to this, it is exceedingly difficult for the android to use, and to maintain this technique, but the immense capacity and power of the technique more than make up for this difficulty.
Yeah, big complicated description. It's much easier to write an example of its use than to try to describe all its possibilities of use in one paragraph. Oh, and it's green for a reason. I'll get to that later.

Correct.
Now with the new way things are done, shall I re=post my entire vault with this move edited in, or can a staffer just add this move at the end of my move list?

Bullet Time
A human sees the world in framerates, same as every creature. The same goes for machines too. Unlike organics an android?s brain is capable of ?overclocking? their visual centers, viewing the world in insanely higher rates, allowing for a bullet time affect where everything seems to be moving slower than normal, the android himself included. To an onlooker nothing may have changed, but to the user the sluggish actions give him time to think. It shaves those millisecond of of reactions that are crucial in high speed fights. Unfortunately the overclocking taxes his systems to the extreme. More than a few moments of bullet time at once could possibly fry his visual centers, leaving him blind.
All thanks goes to Garlic Jr. for this move.
