Roo's paint shack

OK... it's particularly difficult for me to save images and then host them with the current virus on my computer, but I've been working on some images in MS paint and I gifured's I'd get some C / C.

Here is the first of many (hopefully). I cut trunks in paint, and I did the text through an online text thing.

meh, the board resizes it and makes it look a little pixilated. Here's the link to the full size:

Hey for paint that's really good, I don't have the patience to cut anything at all out on paint so kudos to you. I hope you get the chance to do more stuff because like I said that's a nice banner, especially for a first try.

As I look at it now, I'm unhappy with the text. But i have this wierd ass virus though, it will only let you save or open files within the first 10 minutes after the computer is turned on. So I had to pick my text quickly. I'm geting ready to go to the liabrary to do some independent study homework. I'm going to see if I can make you a siggy tap. Dunno if It'll meet requirements, but who knows...

Thanks for the props btw.

I'm pretty sure this ava is too big tap.. but maybe you can resize it or something @.@

I didn't just cut this out of a premade image and slap a boarder on it btw, i cropped the image and put it over a background.

Offers there, because that is quite amazing for a paint sig, I love the BG how it does actually look like space. It's crazy.

One more for today. I was just kind of trying to find a more difficult image to crop.

I'm also going to work on making some smaller images, but I just kind of want to ease back into this for right now.

Sig too large. The colours, too basic. But I understand you used paint. The image is good though, but again too large. The font is horrible. Try making smaller sigs.

Thanks for the props guys.

Here is the final image without text:

Here's that same image with text. I prefer it without personally, but I just wanted to play around with some text options.

Yea, no offense, the without is much better. I think its just the choice of font you picked, but I just don't like it, even if it does flow with the sig.

Without is, as I said before, sploogtastic.

Yeah, I was so unhappy with the last text, I tried again. I'm still not bonkers over the result, but I think it looks clean enough to pass and still be as good as the without text image.

*double post ftw!*

Here's a quick ava to off-set the sig. Not much to this except a cut, resize, and a matching border.

What image did you start with to make the Doom sig?

This render right here:

But, in MS paint, to crop an image you have to do the background in white in order to transpose it over another background. You can take renders like this and use the fill in paint option to get the outer black areas but around all of the borders you have to go in and crop the image pixel by pixel.

Here is the tapion image before I worked on it. It's a little harder, in MS paint, to crop an image that isn't a render but, as you can see, it isn't impossible.

Last one for the day, I'm pretty sure.

This took for EVER to crop in paint (the actual image of tien was a lot bigger than what I ended up using). Luckily for me I found, what i consider to be, a very fitting backgrounf and text.
