You should look at the graphics settings and see if your pc can handle them. Are you and whoever else is laggin using the same computer? Try restarting / ctrl + alt + del and end some processes that are taking up too much memory.

=/ Blizz spends lots of money to make sure their servers don't lag. Though the statement becomes null if you play on a private server. =\
