The stronger the opponent, the less effective this manuever is.

(2) BTW: Basic Turbo Wave: Raising his palm towards his foe, Android Thirteen brings three rings that circle his wrist. These rings spin with such speed that a sphere of energy begins to form in his palm and as he concentrates, he releases a wave of devistating blue energy that can deliever a powerful blow.

(3) LoL: Look of Light: Summoning energy into his eyes, Android Thirteen can send out a wave of infired light that allows him to see in dark places that would otherwise be unseeable.
