So...I am experimenting with a new technique...its still in its rough stages, but you can see the results in my current sig. Comments?

I like the BG and the text a lot, and idk y i just don't like the pic. but yeah evrything else is really good

Feexed. Took the smudge top layer off the char and moved it to the back. It looks a lot better. ^_^

Oh yeah, when you smudge, make sure you put the strength on 98%. I forgot to tell you that.

For the SOTW over on tech-gfx Theme was to make a sig of our fave movie. I happen to like how this sig turned out very very much.

That does actauly look pretty cool. I like how you added the ribbon....ribbon-like stuff...whatever you wanna call it, it looks nice lol.

I've been going insane with the pen tool and paths ever since I learned how to work with em. >.> That's what that ribbon stuff is, lol. I should make a tut for it.

The pentool lines actually feel out of place in this signature, and turn me away. Also, the text and the bar around them pry your eyes from the pic in the stock, which should always be the focal point of the sig. The sig does have depth, however.


EDIT: The sig below is where pentool lines actually fit in, because of the simplicity of the sig itself:

I realy like the Vegeta one, it has a nice flow to it. The Gohan one has a Matrix look to it, like when Neo is flying through the rain...maybe its just me lol. Good job over all .
