Sprite animations are cool if their the focus of the sig and its executed well, otherwise they don't turn out so hot.
You will see most people take a short clip from the anime/show corresponding to the sig and make it fit in there. One of Goku's old sigs had something like that, but it was ridiculously over the file size limit.

Love the spidey sig, the venom sig looked like Spawn to me until I blinked lol but it's cool though. Not feelin the trunks sig...if that is trunks? THe sprite is a bit small.

And yeah, I can make a Goten sig for you. Any specs for it, a pic prefrence...anything of that sort? And theres something wrong with your sig 8o.
EDIT: I may be able to make it animated, but that might exceed the file size limit...if there is one...I'm pretty sure there is...is there?
